Good Morning East Softball,

Tryouts as follows:

March 12th. 2:45-5:00.  EAST Gym.

March 13th. 2:45-5:00.  Total Sports. Wixom

Some tryout details:

**After Monday tryouts, all underclassman will be paired up with a Sr. or Jr. The underclassman will leave their bat bag with the Sr. / Jr. After school Tuesday, they will meet up with the Sr. /Jr. for ride to Total Sports.

**Please arrange for pick up from Total Sports if possible. (5:00pm). If this is not an option to pick up from Total Sports, please let me know and I will arrange a ride back to EAST for them. If you are not comfortable with your daughter driving with another student, please let me know.

**All the girls will be called Tuesday night by either me or Coach Michelle.

**There may have to be cuts depending on how many girls come to tryouts.

**HS tryouts are closed to parents.

First week of Practice: Varsity and JV.

We are sharing the gym with multiple other sports. As soon as weather allows, we will move outside.

**As it stands now, our gym time is 2:30-5:00.

March 14th, 15th. Practice at EAST gym. 2:30-5:00;

March 16th. Practice at Total Sports. (we will use the ride share again with our upperclassmen to get girls to Total)

We will adjust with our weather for week two. If we still can not get outside, please refer to previous email with our indoor schedule. Again, our time slot for EAST gym will be 2:30-5:00.

Once teams are established, both Coach Michelle and I will create a text group with our individual teams. I will also create a parent text group for communications.

East has moved to paperless system. Once teams are finalized, parents and players will be directed to a South Lyon EAST website to complete additional paperwork, including where and how to pay for the season.
