South Lyon East Girls Junior Varsity Soccer vs. Walled Lake Western HS School
The South Lyon East Cougars took on the Walled Lake Western Warriors in their fist game of the Lakes Valley Conference Tournament. The first time the JV took took on WLW, they came away with a win. The first goal was scored by senior Marcela Brixner with less than 10 minutes left in the first half. The Cougars were in the lead at haftime 1-0. With less then five minutes into the second half, junior Madison Link scored her first goal ever giving East a 2-0 lead over Western. The girls played hard to insure they kept the lead. Final score 2-0.
