Tuesday night the South Lyon East Cougars were on the road playing the Warriors of Walled Lake Western. In what appeared to be an evenly matched game, Western came away with the win. The Warriors came out strong, scoring two goals in the first half. And while the Cougars had a lot of great chances, they just couldn't find the back of the net. East's defense, led by Senior Captain, Deken Strong, was tough in the second half not allowing any goals for Western. Final score: Cougars 0, Warriors 2. Cougar's record 1-3-0 (W-L-T)

The Cougars head back to Walled Lake on Thursday to take on Central. Central is currently leading the standings in the LVC conference.
